status of your order.
If we have any questions about your order we will contact you by phone or email. We will send you an email confirming your order as soon as we have processed your submission on our website. We will also send you an email containing our invoice as soon as your order has shipped. And we will send you an email as soon as we have been notified (where appropriate) that your order has been delivered.
Please note that if you paid by credit card we will not charge your card until the day your order gets shipped. According to our terms and conditions you can cancel your order up to that moment.
If you would prefer alternative payment to credit card, such as check (from US bank only), or direct transfer (SWIFT), please contact us directly. Please do not send us any bank information by email.
